Automobile Erdmann & Rossi Licensing Service GmbH & Co. KG is the responsible authority for the collection, processing and use of your personal data within the meaning of the Federal Data Protection Act (Germany) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We treat all customer data with strict confidentiality. We adhere strictly to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act and Telemedia Act (Germany) in the collection, processing and use your personal data. We collect, store and process your data in order to fulfil our contractusl obligations, i.e. forthe complete processing of your order, including any subsequent warranty claims, for our services, technical administration, in the framework of the protection of legitimate interests (Art. 6 sec. 1 f GDPR), such as legal defence, providing IT-security, steering of business processes, development of products/dervices, and our own marketing purposes, to the extent you have not objected. Your personal data will only be passed on to or otherwise transmitted to third parties, in particular our licensing partners, to the extent that this is necessary for initiation of the contract with the licensing partner, contract processing or settlement or if you have previously consented to it. By way of example, as part of order processing, service providers commissioned by us or our licensing partners (e.g. freight forwarders, logistics companies, banks) will receive the details required to process the order. Data passed on in this context may only be used by our licensing partners/service providers to fulfil the relevant task. No other use of the information is permitted. We also use your data to communicate with you concerning requests or orders, certain products or marketing activities, and to recommend products or services that may be of interest to you.
We require relevant contact data for initiation of the contract with a licensing partner of for conclusion of a contract with us. In certain cases we ask for your payment data and will perform a credit check. Your personal will be deleted provided that doing so does not contravene statutory retention obligations and if you have asserted a claim to deletion of the data, if the data are no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which their storage was required or if storage is not permitted for legal reasons.
If you wish to object to, or revoke, the collection, processing or use your data in accordance with our data protection regulations as a whole or for individual measures, you may send your objection/revocation by e-mail, fax or letter to the address specified in the legal notice of this website. This shall not incur any costs. You are entitled to receive information on the data we hold about you free of charge. Further, you have the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), the right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) and the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). Moreover, you have the right to complain to a competent data protection agency.
